Two-day immersive weekend designed to transform the way you cook plant-based food and reconnect with the ancient wisdom of nourishing yourself through plants. For centuries, people have understood how to turn what grows from the earth into meals that are deeply satisfying, nourishing, and creative. Over time, much of that knowledge has been lost to heavily processed convenience foods. This weekend invites you to reclaim that knowledge, learning techniques, flavour combinations, and intuitive cooking practices that allow you to create vibrant, wholesome meals that nourish your body and delight your senses.
Drawing on my experience as a professional plant-based retreat chef working across the UK and Europe, I’ll be sharing some of my retreat recipes and techniques. You’ll learn how to create dishes that are not just nourishing but retreat worthy, combining professional level flavour, texture, and presentation, all within a small group, hands on environment.
Through guided practice, you’ll leave with the confidence, skills, and insight to cook plant-based meals with ease, all entirely transferable to your home kitchen.

The Experience
This is a fully hands on, small group course. With just six participants, you’ll receive close guidance, time to practice techniques, and opportunities to ask questions. Learn professional habits such as playing techniques, taste testing, and ingredient intuition.
Generous breaks allow time to reflect, reset, and absorb new knowledge. By the end of the weekend, you’ll feel equipped to cook with confidence, creativity, and connection . rediscovering the art of plant-based nourishment, using techniques I employ in retreats around the world. All ingredients are included in our well equipped spacious kitchen.
