Book now! Chamiah is an incredible teacher and really encourages your learning and independence.
I definitely use more spices, more seasoning, loads more toppings on dishes. Plus I taste everything as I go now and follow my palate not the recipe.
When planning a dish I now think about taste, texture and the look. Everything I learnt will all stay with me for life now as there was just so much value in every lesson!

Spring Cooking Course
I was welcomed so beautifully by Chamiah and the ladies that had attended. Chamiah had thoughtfully created a welcome pack for each of us and I was deeply touched by a hand painted picture in my pack with a message on the back. Chamiah encouraged us to taste our food to make sure we were getting in the flavours we wanted, but also showed us how to get the flavour if it wasn't quite there. My standout moment was making the crispy tofu dish; I cook with tofu a lot, but have never managed to get it crispy until I was on the course!

Spring Cooking Course
The whole experience felt very relaxed and was beautifully thought out. We also received an e-book containing all of the recipes we made on the course, as well as some great tips! It was all so well structured, in such a relaxed way. The support was so consistent throughout.
I have since been getting more experimental in my own kitchen and trying out some of the dishes we made on the course. I am definitely interested in attending another cookery course later on in the year!
